Workshop - 2026
Hands-on, expert-led sessions from our partners.
Vibration Analysis – Connecting the Asset Health to Business Performance
Senior Managers/Functional Heads in Maintenance, Reliability and Asset Management; Decision-makers from Industry, Government, and Academia
This special workshop is being held to promote the understanding of Machinery Vibration Analysis and how it helps organizations connect their physical assets on the shopfloor/field to the maintenance performance and ultimately the business performance. The workshop will introduce the Maintenance Management of today, through a generic Framework that includes the elements of Asset Performance and Condition Management. The participants will also learn the basics of Asset Management as an overarching framework to deliver life cycle value from assets and achieve organisational objectives. The workshop will then take the participants through the key aspects of Machinery Monitoring and Diagnostics (including vibration as one of the key parameters) with presentation of relevant case studies. Further, the participants will be provided with the basic understanding and key concepts of Vibration Measurement Systems focused on the hardware aspects from sensors to panels/diagnostic systems, including the current IIoT-based Sensors that form the backbone of many PdM Programs today. The workshop will conclude with a valuable session on Vibration Monitoring and Analysis to help participants understand the power of vibration analysis and how it can help detect and predict machinery faults at different stages and ensure reliable operation of critical assets.

Operations Driven Safety & Sustainability and Reliability (ODSR) : The Future of Reliability Development
The workshop is designed for professionals involved in asset reliability, condition monitoring and operational performance, particularly:
- Reliability Managers and Reliability Engineers
- Condition Monitoring Managers and Specialists
- Asset Managers
- Electrical Managers and Electrical Reliability Personnel
- Operations Managers, Supervisors and Operations Teams
- Maintenance and Engineering personnel with reliability responsibilities
- Cross-functional reliability and asset-performance teams
- Operational leaders responsible for reliability improvement, inspection strategy and asset decision-making
The workshop is designed to help participants:
- Identify where reliability processes break down between detection, interpretation, decision, access, intervention and verification.
- Understand how operational behaviour and asset condition influence reliability long before a maintenance intervention occurs.
- Integrate multiple condition-monitoring and inspection technologies into one asset condition view, one risk view and one decision path.
- Apply consequence, evidence and response windows to improve reliability decision-making.
- Strengthen cross-functional ownership between Operations, Maintenance, Reliability, Engineering and leadership.
- Translate reliability activity into a practical, scalable operating discipline.
- Build a structured 90-day pilot incorporating an asset, owner, route, trigger set, response window, verification method, learning mechanism and leadership checkpoint.
Key Learning Outcomes
By the end of the workshop, participants will be able to:
- Explain the role of ODSR and how it complements existing reliability and asset-management programs.
- Recognize the difference between collecting condition data and making an owned reliability decision.
- Distinguish observation, verification, diagnosis, authorization, repair and closure responsibilities across functions.
- Evaluate asset priorities based on condition, consequence and operational context, rather than inspection convenience alone.
- Develop practical inspection and escalation routes across electrical, mechanical and static/process assets.
- Define clear decision ownership and appropriate response windows.
- Use verification and organisational learning to close the reliability loop.
- Develop and stress-test a practical ODSR pilot that can be presented to site leadership for implementation.

Modernizing Industrial Assets for Reliability, Efficiency & Sustainable Performance
Plant Managers, Plant Heads, Maintenance Heads, Reliability Engineers, Asset Managers, Energy Managers, Sustainability Leaders, Operations Leaders
Explore how asset modernization, predictive maintenance, condition monitoring, and lifecycle services can help industries improve the reliability, availability, safety, and efficiency of their industrial assets. The workshop will cover approaches to extending asset life, reducing unplanned downtime and operational risks, optimizing maintenance and replacement decisions, and improving energy efficiency and sustainability through digital technologies, modernization solutions, and advisory services.
Assets covered - Digital Powertrain assets (Motors, Generators, Drives, Transformers, Cranes) and low-voltage & high-voltage Switchgears.

Asset Management - A Strategic Framework for Enhancing Value from Maintenance and Reliability
Senior managers and decision-makers from industry, government, and academia
This special workshop is being held to promote the emerging approach of Asset Management and the ISO 55000 suite of standards on the subject. The workshop will explain how Asset Management provides a strategic and holistic framework for enhancing the value of maintenance and reliability management by aligning these with organisational goals and stakeholder value expectations. Asset Management enables integration and alignment of investments and efforts across all organisational functions and combines people, processes, information, and technology in a transparent and controlled manner. The workshop will help the audience to understand the available standards and emerging developments in Asset Management and the benefits they offer.
