SONAPHONE T is a mobile, adjustable ultrasonic transmitter engineered for reliable ultrasonic tightness testing and seal-failure localisation. Operating at approximately 40 kHz, it generates a controlled ultrasonic signal that is evaluated using a SONAPHONE-series receiver. Adjustable transmission power allows the acoustic intensity to be adapted to the test environment, while switchable frequency modulation improves discrimination of the transmitted signal from ambient ultrasonic noise. The unit supports interchangeable transmitters, including the L50 airborne transmitter and SONOSPHERE spherical transmitter for large or angled spaces. It features an illuminated LCD, automatic power-off, 2 × AA battery operation and approximately 100 hours of operating time, with an operating range of −10°C to +60°C.

SONAPHONE® Pocket is a compact ultrasonic testing device engineered for rapid, on-site detection of acoustic anomalies in industrial maintenance applications. Operating at **40 kHz with a ±2 kHz bandwidth**, it detects and converts ultrasonic signals with **0.05 dBµV measurement resolution** and **±0.5 dBµV accuracy**, displaying sound levels on an illuminated LCD. Interchangeable airborne and structure-borne probes support compressed-air, gas, vacuum and steam leaks, valve inspection, bearing condition monitoring, electrical partial-discharge detection and leak testing of pressureless systems. SONASCREEN® Sensor is an advanced acoustic camera sensor engineered for real-time detection and localisation of acoustic and ultrasonic anomalies in preventive maintenance applications. Its optimised array of 176 digital MEMS microphones, operating at a 200 kHz sampling rate with 24-bit resolution, provides a frequency range up to 100 kHz and acoustic beamforming at 100 fps. Synchronized acquisition of acoustic, optical and thermal data enables comprehensive analysis of leaks and electrical partial discharges. Integrated edge computing, 1 TB SSD storage, Linux OS and an API support autonomous operation, raw-data processing and integration into robots, drones or fixed monitoring systems.

SONAPHONE® GreaseExpert is an ultrasonic lubrication monitoring solution designed for real-time, route-based assessment of bearing lubrication in industrial machinery. It detects subtle changes in bearing ultrasound to identify under-lubrication and over-lubrication, enabling lubrication to be adjusted while the bearing is being monitored. The solution combines the SONAPHONE® digital ultrasonic testing device, GreaseExpert App and DataSuite PC software, with universal compatibility for lubrication equipment. The app guides technicians through the re-lubrication process, while DataSuite manages, trends and analyses ultrasound data for predictive maintenance.

SONASCREEN® 2 is a non-invasive acoustic camera for real-time localisation and analysis of audible and ultrasonic sound sources in industrial maintenance. Its 176 digital MEMS microphones, operating at a 200 kHz sampling rate, provide a frequency range of 1 Hz–100 kHz, 24-bit resolution, 100 fps acoustic imaging and a detection range of up to 150 m. The integrated digital optical camera and 160 × 120-pixel uncooled microbolometer provide synchronized visual and thermal imaging, with thermal sensitivity below 50 mK. Acoustic, FFT and spectrogram analysis, frequency-filtered audio, trigger/buffer recording and long-term measurements support detailed diagnostics of leaks, partial discharges and other anomalies.

SONAPHONE® SteamExpert is a dedicated software application for ultrasonic steam-trap inspection, designed to provide structured, repeatable and automated condition assessment directly at the measurement point. Integrated with the SONAPHONE® digital ultrasonic testing device and BS20 structure-borne ultrasound sensor, the app combines ultrasonic and temperature measurements with steam-trap-specific assessment logic. Users can select thermostatic, thermodynamic or mechanical trap types, enter system pressure and emissivity, and perform an integrated plausibility check using inlet-temperature measurements against target values. Measured parameters are automatically evaluated against a comprehensive reference database to deliver a real-time condition assessment, while text and images can be attached to each measurement point.
