Tribotech India, founded in 1994 and headquartered in Mumbai, specialises in precision measurement, machine alignment, condition monitoring and industrial maintenance technologies. Its portfolio includes laser-based shaft, belt and geometric alignment systems; vibration measurement and analysis instrumentation; bearing mounting, dismounting and lubrication systems; ultrasonic, hardness, thickness and dimensional measurement equipment; and commercial-vehicle workshop systems. Viber X2Pro
The Viber X2Pro adds onboard measurement storage and PC-based Trend View trending to the X2 measurement platform, allowing up to 100 measurements to be retained for subsequent condition tracking. Its 80 dB dynamic range, four selectable frequency bands and five-largest-peak display provide basic spectral fault indication without requiring a separate analyser. It also incorporates USB 2.0 communication, selectable RMS/Peak/Peak-to-Peak presentation and an IP65 enclosure.

Viber X3
The Viber X3 moves beyond overall-value measurement into a compact multi-function condition-monitoring instrument, combining FFT peak identification, bearing-noise detection through headphones, temperature measurement and three-point field balancing. Its vibration input supports up to 50 g RMS, with an 80 dB dynamic range and four selectable frequency bands extending to 3.2 kHz; bearing-condition measurement covers 0.5–16 kHz. It includes Trend View software, selectable alarm thresholds, rechargeable Li-ion power and IP65 protection.

Viber X2
The Viber X2 expands the measurement bandwidth through four selectable ranges—2–400, 10–1000, 6–1600 and 11–3200 Hz—and adds peak-frequency identification to the overall vibration and bearing-condition measurements. Its 80 dB dynamic range accommodates vibration inputs up to 50 g, while the DSP-based signal processing allows RMS, peak and peak-to-peak presentation in multiple engineering units. The instrument uses an IP65 enclosure and provides simultaneous vibration/BC indication with stability monitoring.

XT440
The XT440 uses a 30 mm TruePSD detector, substantially larger than the 20 × 20 mm detector used in the XT660/XT550, paired with a line-laser architecture. Its XT40 measuring units provide 0.001 mm resolution, ±5 µm ±1% measurement accuracy and a 10 m measurement range, with Bluetooth communication and up to 24 hours continuous battery operation. Each unit incorporates a 128 × 64-pixel OLED display, anodised-aluminium/PC-ABS/TPE housing and IP66/IP67 protection for outdoor industrial use.

Raytemp-2
The RayTemp-2 uses a 5:1 distance-to-target optical ratio with a fixed emissivity of 0.95, measuring surface temperatures from −49.9°C to 349.9°C. It provides 0.1°C resolution through the main measurement range and an accuracy of ±1°C from 0°C to 100°C. The three-button interface provides Max/Min recording, °C/°F selection, ambient-temperature and emissivity display, while automatic power-off after 30 seconds and three AAA batteries provide a minimum 350-hour battery life. The instrument is housed in an ABS enclosure incorporating Polygiene BioMaster antibacterial protection and is supplied with a traceable calibration certificate.

Leakshooter V2+
The Leakshooter V2+ uses ultrasonic detection to convert the leak’s high-frequency acoustic signature into a dynamic visual target and intensity bar, with adjustable gain allowing background ultrasonic noise to be suppressed. Its K-function processes the detected signal to estimate leak severity, volumetric flow and energy cost, while the steam-trap mode combines real-time ultrasound waveform and temperature measurement for manual trap-condition assessment. It also supports USB transfer, wired professional headphones, wireless headset/speaker options and dome-based tightness testing

Simalube
The Simalube automatic lubricator uses a hydrogen-gas-generating dry cell to drive a piston and continuously dispense grease or oil at a controlled rate. Its discharge is steplessly adjustable from 0.04–8.3 ml/day, corresponding to an adjustable operating period of 1–12 months, with a maximum working pressure of 5 bar. Available capacities are 15, 30, 60, 125 and 250 ml, while the IP68-rated housing permits installation in any position, including underwater. Selected versions carry ATEX/IECEx-type Ex classifications, including II 1G Ex ia IIC T6 Ga, II 1D Ex ia IIIC T80°C Da and I M1 Ex ia I Ma.

Hydraulic Pullers
The Posi Lock® PHB hydraulic pullers combine the Cage® jaw-retention system with a hydraulic cylinder and ram-point assembly, providing controlled extraction force from 5 to 50 tons on the models listed by Tribotech. The range is available in 2- and 3-jaw configurations, with reach from 152.4 to 356 mm and maximum spread from 203.2 to 635 mm. The hydraulic force is applied progressively through the cylinder, while the self-aligning Cage® arrangement keeps the jaws correctly positioned relative to the workpiece. Hydraulic actuation eliminates manual torque application at the centre bolt, allowing high extraction forces with substantially lower operator effort.

Induction Heaters
Tribotech’s Simatherm induction heaters use an external induction-coil architecture on the larger IH series, concentrating electromagnetic heating in the workpiece while keeping the heater itself comparatively cool. The range extends from the IH 025 VOLCANO, which handles bearings from 20–160 mm inner diameter and up to 10 kg, to systems capable of heating components up to 4,000 kg. The IH 045 incorporates 8-stage power regulation, Predictive Temperature Control (PTC), automatic demagnetisation, extendable bearing supports and app-based remote control; it can heat a 28 kg bearing from 20°C to 110°C in 20 minutes. The IH 090 adds integrated air cooling for repeated/continuous operation, while the IH 210 offers a sliding yoke, with IH 210F air cooling and IH 210XL raised-platform configurations for larger components. This combination of controlled power, temperature feedback, automatic demagnetisation and application-specific yokes enables repeatable interference-fit heating without oil baths, open flames or direct-contact heating.

XT770
The XT770 uses 2-axis TruePSD 20 × 20 mm detectors, enabling simultaneous positional measurement in two axes, with ±1 µm ±1% measurement accuracy over distances up to 20 m. Its XT70 measuring units use Bluetooth communication, heavy-duty Li-Ion batteries with up to 24 hours continuous operation, and integrated 128 × 64-pixel OLED displays. The optional XT12 display adds an 8-inch glove-compatible touchscreen, 13 MP camera and an available integrated IR camera for thermal documentation.

Trummeter
The Trummeter determines belt tension from the belt’s natural oscillation frequency, displaying the measured value directly in Hz or calculated strand force in N. It covers a 10–800 Hz measurement range, with 1% digital sampling error, ±1 Hz display error and 5% total error, and accepts free belt lengths up to 9.99 m and belt masses up to 9.999 kg/m. The instrument can calculate strand force and bearing radial load, making it useful not only for tension verification but also for evaluating the resulting mechanical loading on the belt-drive system. It uses dual measurement probes, including a cabled probe for restricted-access locations and a connector probe for one-hand operation, with results suitable for documented commissioning and inspection in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001 requirements.

Manual Pullers
The Posi Lock® manual pullers use a patented Safety Cage® and T-handle mechanism that mechanically retains, opens, closes and aligns the jaws during setup. Rolled center-bolt threads reduce torque required for high-load extraction, while heat-treated jaw tips, tapered jaws and recessed nuts improve load transfer and durability. The 2- and 3-jaw configurations span 1–40 ton capacities, with reaches up to 356 mm and spreads up to 635 mm; optional bolt extenders and live-center tip protectors provide additional reach and center-bolt protection. The cage keeps all jaws positively engaged with the workpiece, reducing the possibility of jaw slippage under high extraction loads.

Viber X
The Viber X is a basic digital vibrometer built around a calibrated 100 mV/g accelerometer, with a vibration measurement range of 10–1000 Hz and a bearing-condition band of 500–16,000 Hz. It provides a dynamic range of 60 dB at 159.16 Hz, with vibration accuracy of approximately ±4% and bearing-condition accuracy of ±5%. The instrument uses analogue signal processing, a 7-segment four-digit LED display, and an IP65 enclosure, with the supplied accelerometer/magnet assembly calibrated to the instrument.

XT660
The XT660 uses 1-axis TruePSD 20 × 20 mm detectors with a specified ±1 µm ±1% measurement accuracy and 0.001 mm resolution over a 20 m range. Its compact XT60 measuring units weigh only 272 g each, use anodised aluminium/PC-ABS/TPE housings and incorporate 128 × 64-pixel OLED displays for local status information. The units provide 24-hour continuous operation, Bluetooth connectivity and IP66/IP67 environmental protection for demanding field conditions.

Belt Alignment - XT190
The XT190 BTA uses a 635–670 nm Class 2 laser with selectable low/high-power modes, covering measurement distances from 40 mm to 3 m or 0.5–10 m respectively. Its laser plane is specified to <0.05° parallelity and <0.2 mm offset from the reference plane, while the wireless detector measures ±3 mm axial offset and ±8° angular deviation. The detector has an integrated 96 × 96-pixel OLED, Bluetooth communication and a 5-hour continuous Li-Ion operating time; alignment data can also be exported as PDF/Excel reports.

XT980 – E980
The XT980/E980 Sawmill systems are laser-based geometric measurement platforms for precision setup of sawmill machinery, using the XT22 laser transmitter as a straight reference over distances up to 40 m. The XT22 incorporates a manually rotatable laser head with an angular prism, allowing the laser plane to be indexed for different geometric references; its laser-plane flatness is specified at ±0.01 mm/m. The XT980 uses 2-axis TruePSD 20 × 20 mm detectors, with ±1 µm ±1% accuracy, 0.001 mm resolution and IP66/IP67-rated measuring units. The system can generate measurement documentation in PDF and Excel, with the XT version also supporting the rugged XT12 display or iOS/Android devices.

XT550
The XT550 employs dedicated XT50-M/XT50-S measuring units with 1-axis TruePSD 20 × 20 mm detectors, delivering ±1 µm ±1% accuracy, 0.001 mm resolution and up to 20 hours of continuous operation. The units carry Ex ib op is IIC T4 Gb / Ex ib op is IIIC T135°C Db classifications and Presafe ATEX/IECEx certification. Its Ex-rated display is the ecom Tab-Ex, with an 8-inch 1920 × 1200 TFT screen, Android platform, 13 MP rear/5 MP front cameras and IP68 protection; the current version supports up to 14 hours of operation.

Cam-aligner
The JOSAM Cam-Aligner uses patented camera technology with the vehicle chassis centreline as the measurement reference, rather than relying on the wheel itself as the primary reference. It measures toe, camber, caster, KPI, toe-out-on-turns, maximum steering angle, steering-box position, axle offset, out-of-square and parallelism. Its rolling measurement method allows toe and camber to be measured with the vehicle in its normal driving position, eliminating axle lifting and conventional run-out compensation; standard run-out measurement remains available when required. Wireless data transmission connects the measuring units to the computer, where guided software processes the measurements and generates before/after alignment reports

PN166
The PN166 is an indoor high-pressure nitrogen generator designed around a 145 PSI / 10 bar nitrogen output and an integrated 118 L external nitrogen storage tank, providing a stored-pressure buffer for repeated tyre-service operations. The system is supplied with a 10 m standard hose and two quick couplers, enabling direct connection to service equipment. Its high-pressure configuration is specified for motorcycles, cars, light trucks, buses and painting applications, making the stored nitrogen supply suitable for a broad range of automotive-service requirements.
The combination of 10 bar delivery pressure and 118 L storage capacity is the key technical advantage: the generator does not depend solely on instantaneous nitrogen production when servicing larger-volume tyres or multiple vehicles. The supplied quick-coupling arrangement also allows the generated nitrogen to be delivered directly to the application without additional connection hardware.
